You have a raw source. An article, an imported document, a research summary, scattered notes. And you need to turn it into a final document — clean, well written, ready to be shared, submitted, or archived.
Here is the complete workflow, from source to exported document, without leaving Resoomer.
Step 1 — Reduce and structure your source
Start with the Summarizer in Assisted mode to get a clear, well-written synthesis of your source document. If you have a precise length requirement, use Manual mode to set the reduction rate yourself. You start from a clean, condensed base, not from a block of raw text that still needs to be untangled.
Step 2 — Adapt the tone to your use case
Send your summary into the Text Rewriter and choose the style that matches your audience and context — Academic for university-level output, Professional for a working document, Standard for everyday use. In one click, the tone of your text is aligned with its intended use.
Step 3 — Refine key wording
Some sentences deserve more precision or nuance. Use the Paraphraser to work on those passages sentence by sentence, choosing from the suggested options the one that exactly matches your intention. Enrich the vocabulary with the Synonymizer on words that seem too repetitive or too flat.
Step 4 — Correct and check
Run your text through the Spell Checker to eliminate remaining mistakes — typos, agreement errors, slips. Use the Word Counter to check that your document meets the desired length requirement. If you have produced several versions of the same text, the Text Comparator lets you compare them side by side and choose the best one.
Step 5 — Format and export
Open your finalized text in the Editor. Structure it visually — headings, paragraphs, typographic formatting. Once you are satisfied with the result, export as PDF for a document to share or submit, or as DOCX for a document you want to keep editing in an external word processor.
Five steps. One single tool. A document you are proud of.
