This Privacy Policy explains how the Reflex mobile application
(package name com.resoomer.app, "the App"), published by Resoomer,
collects, uses, and shares information. It applies specifically to the mobile
App and complements the information available on the Resoomer website.
The App is published by Resoomer. For any question about this policy or about your data, you can contact us at support@resoomer.com.
When you paste text, drop a file, or send a document to be summarized, translated,
rewritten, or otherwise processed, that content is sent to our mobile processing
service (apimobile.resoomer.com) and handled in real time.
It is not stored on our servers and is discarded once the result
is returned to you. We do not build any database of user content.
The notes and documents you choose to save within the App are stored locally on your device (in the App's local storage). They are not uploaded to our servers and remain under your control. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes them.
Reflex is free and supported by advertising. To display ads, we use Google AdMob and, through mediation, InMobi and other advertising partners. These services may collect and process certain data from your device, including advertising identifiers and technical information, in order to serve and measure ads. Depending on your consent choice, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Like most apps, Reflex and its service providers may process limited technical data such as device type, operating system version, and crash or performance information, in order to keep the App working and to fix problems.
When you first open the App, if you are in a region that requires it (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), a consent screen is shown before any advertising. You can accept or refuse personalized advertising. Refusing does not prevent you from using the App: you will simply see non-personalized ads instead.
You can change your choice at any time from the App's Settings screen, using the "Manage my preferences" option.
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App, in particular:

Text submitted for processing is not retained after the result is delivered. Notes and documents remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Advertising and technical data are retained by the relevant providers according to their own policies.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/EEA, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@resoomer.com. You also control advertising consent directly in the App's Settings.
Reflex is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be made available through this page.
